abstract Systems and methods for real-time eye tracking using a SLO or other imaging device are described. The systems and methods provide robust and accurate image-based eye tracking for both small and large field SLO, with or without adaptive optics. Methods for rapidly re-locking the tracking of a subject's eye position after a microsaccade, a blink, or some other type of interference with image tracking are also described.
