abstract |
Provided is a vehicle interior material comprising: coating layers on both surfaces of a veneer layer; a rear surface layer on the coating layer of one surface of the veneer layer; and a front surface layer on the coating layer of the other surface of the veneer layer. Provided is a method for manufacturing a vehicle interior material, comprising the steps of: preparing a veneer layer; forming coating layers by coating both surfaces of the veneer layer with a water dispersible polyurethane dispersion solution or a water dispersible acrylic polyurethane dispersion solution, and drying the same; preforming a real wood film layer in which the coating layers are formed on both surfaces of the veneer layer; forming a rear surface layer on the coating layer of one surface of the veneer layer by performing primary insert injection; and forming a front surface layer on the coating layer of the other surface of the veneer layer by performing secondary insert injection. |
