titleOfInvention | Method for producing solid electrolytic capacitor element |
abstract | Provided is a method for producing a solid electrolytic capacitor element, which comprises, in the following order: a sintering step wherein a positive electrode body is formed by sintering a valve-acting metal; a chemical conversion step wherein a dielectric layer is formed in the surface layer part of the positive electrode body; a semiconductor layer formation step wherein the positive electrode body is immersed in a solution of a monomer of a conductive polymer and a semiconductor layer, which is formed of the conductive polymer, is formed by polymerizing the monomer; and a conductor layer formation step wherein a conductor layer is formed on the positive electrode body. This method for producing a solid electrolytic capacitor element is characterized in that the semiconductor layer formation step is carried out under the conditions where photopolymerization of the monomer of the conductive polymer is not caused. According to the present invention, solid electrolytic capacitors can be produced with high productivity, while producing less defective products such as unsealed products. |
