The present invention relates to a compound having the structure (I): glyceryl 1-palmitate-2-linoleate-3-oleate; the present invention also comprises the method of obtaining the compound of the present invention by the preparation of coix seed oil from a raw material of coix seed powder, the preliminary isolation of glyceryl 1-palmitate-2-linoleate-3-oleate, and the secondary isolation of same. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical formulation containing said compound having structure (I), the preparation method thereof, and the application of said compound and said formulation as an anti-tumour medicine. |
