abstract | Disclosed are a system and a method for separating cells, the system comprising a storage part for storing fat tissue, a wash and an enzyme in a separate state; a cell separation container for receiving, from the storage part, and stirring the fat tissue, the wash and the enzyme and then centrifuging a stem cell; a rotating part for rotating the cell separation container; a waste storage part for receiving and storing waste generated from the cell separation container; a cell collection part for receiving, from the cell separation container, and collecting the stem cell which has been separated from the fat tissue; a connection part for connecting the cell separation container to the storage part, the waste storage part and the cell collection part; and an induction part for, along the connection part, inducing the fat tissue, the wash and the enzyme from the storage part into the cell separation container, inducing the waste from the cell separation container into the waste storage part, and inducing the stem cell into the cell collection part. |
