abstract |
The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an anisotropic conductive member which is capable of achieving excellent conduction reliability; and a multilayer wiring substrate using the same. This anisotropic conductive member is equipped with: an insulating base material formed from an inorganic material; a plurality of conductive paths which are formed from conductive members, penetrate the insulating base material in the thickness direction, and are provided in a state of insulation from one another; and adhesive layers provided on the surfaces of the insulating base material. The conductive paths have protruding sections which protrude from the surfaces of the insulating base material. The end parts of the protruding sections of the conductive paths are exposed or are protruding from the surfaces of the adhesive layers. |
