abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a large-building inspection device having a configuration optimized for detecting high-energy transmission X-ray. The present invention provides a large-building inspection device comprising an irradiation function of irradiating a large building with an X-ray from an X-ray source with an acceleration voltage of 500 kV to 30 MV and a detection function of detecting the X-ray transmitted through said large building using a radiation detector, wherein said radiation detector is provided with: a substrate; and a scintillator panel comprising barrier ribs placed on the substrate and a phosphor layer filled in cells partitioned by the barrier ribs. |
