titleOfInvention Endoscopic submucosal dissection device and endoscope system
abstract This endoscopic submucosal dissection device is provided with: an attachment/detachment section that can be attached to and detached from an insertion section of an endoscope having the insertion section, to which an observation unit that observes in the forward direction is provided; a mucosal membrane support section that supports a mucosal membrane; a muscle layer support section that supports a muscle layer; a wire section that is formed in a linear shape from a material having electrical conductivity, and is disposed in a manner such that the center portion in the lengthwise direction is at the tip end side with respect to a first end and second end in the lengthwise direction thereof and the center portion is disposed further to the tip end side than the insertion section; an insulating member such that part of the center portion of the wire section is exposed as an electrode and the remainder of the outer periphery of the center portion of the wire section is covered; and an operation section connected to the first end and second end of the wire section.
