titleOfInvention Method for treating patients having cancerous skin diseases (variants)
abstract The invention relates to the field of medicine. Treating patients having cancerous skin diseases involves determining the size of a tumor and carrying out intradermal injections around the center of the damaged tissue prior to and/or following tumor removal, or directly into the tumor tissue, using a solution of a protein-polypeptide complex in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier containing 0.05-0.4 mg of the complex. The protein-polypeptide complex is produced from a homogenate of embryonic nerve and skin tissues of hoofed farm animals. The protein-polypeptide complex contains proteins and polypeptides having a molecular weight of between 5 and 200 kDa, with a fraction having an average molecular weight of between 10 and 120 kDa constituting at least 80%; the total protein concentration is between 0.2 and 4.2 mg/ml, with maximum absorption of the UV spectrum of the solution happening at wavelengths of 280+5 nm, with a peak existing at a wavelength of 274-284 nm in the UV visible portion of the spectrum, with specific bands existing in a pi value interval from 4.2 to 8.4 during isoelectric focusing in a 5% polyacrylamide gel. A skin cancer treatment method involves using the protein-polypeptide complex externally in the form of applications, and as a course of preventive skin cancer treatment, using the protein-polypeptide complex in the form of creams, gels, and photoprotective compositions.
