Provided is a method for producing an amino-substituted phosphazene compound, the method comprising reacting a fluorinated phosphazene compound and an amine compound in the presence of a catalyst comprising a compound having the following specific element(s) M and oxygen atoms as constituent elements, and obtaining an amino-substituted phosphazene compound through a substitution reaction between the fluorine atoms of the fluorinated phosphazene compound and the amino groups of the amine compound. Specific element (M): one or more elements selected from magnesium, titanium, zirconium, vanadium, lithium, calcium, aluminum, manganese, molybdenum, silicon, and boron. |
