abstract The present invention relates to a functional label, having a lactobacillus separator membrane and using selective dissolution for detecting external temperature, for checking the freshness of a storage material and, more specifically, to a functional label having attached on the upper part thereof a lactobacillus layer and a pH indicator layer which are separated by means of a separator membrane, thereby enabling checking of the decomposition of a storage material when a separator membrane for detecting changes in temperature is dissolved in external temperature from -10°C to 40°C.
