abstract An objective of the present invention is to provide a body temperature adjustment sheet of a structure which is suited to cool or heat an armpit. This body temperature adjustment sheet (1) is a cooling sheet which cools a person's armpit. The body temperature adjustment sheet (1) has an aperture part (10), and has a ring shape. The aperture part (10) is for passing a person's arm therethrough. The body temperature adjustment sheet (1) is fixed to the armpit with the arm passed through the aperture part (10), and cools the armpit.
