titleOfInvention Peptide tags for marking proteins by fusion, and antibodies for the detection thereof
abstract The invention relates to peptide tags to be fused to proteins on the N-terminal or C-terminal end thereof, which are defined by a series of structural and functional properties that define the harmlessness thereof in terms of the modification of the biological function or structure of the protein or peptide to which they fuse, and where the marker protein is selected from the group consisting of a fragment of Phl P 2 of Phleum pratense , a fragment of Hev b 6.02 of Hevea brasiliensis , and a fragment of Amb t 5 of Ambrosia trifida , or a combination thereof. The invention also relates to methods for producing and detecting said recombinant fusion proteins, and to specific antibodies which bind to said marker tags.
