An embedded white-light LED package structure based on solid state fluorescent material, comprising blue-light chips (1) and a Ce: YAG solid state fluorescent material, the Ce: YAG solid state fluorescent material is provided with grooves (7) matched with the blue-light chips (1), the blue-light chips (1) being embedded into grooves (7). The high-power blue-light chips (1) are directly embedded into the grooves (7) and fitted to the solid state fluorescent material, using a lens principle to combine the blue-light emitted from chips (1) and the green-yellow light converted and emitted from the solid state fluorescent material, thus obtaining white light. The embeddable white-light LED package structure based on solid state fluorescent material has a simple process and low cost, has a high fluorescence efficiency and no leakage of blue light, can directly dissipate heat through the solid state fluorescent material with good dissipation performance, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and substantially improves the service life of LED lights. |
