abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a method for manufacturing a tire tread rubber composition obtained by blending 40-60 parts by mass of carbon black having a nitrogen absorption specific surface area (N 2 SA) of 40-95 m 2 /g and a hydrogen evolution rate of 0.37% by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of rubber components including 60-80 parts by mass of natural rubber and 20-40 parts by mass of a modified conjugated diene polymer having at least one type of functional group having an atom other than carbon and hydrogen, the method for manufacturing a tire tread rubber composition being characterized in that the temperature of the rubber composition during discharge in a kneading stage for blending the carbon black is 170°C or higher; a rubber composition obtained by the manufacturing method and a tire which uses the rubber composition; a method for manufacturing a rubber composition whereby pyrogenic properties of the rubber composition are reduced and the dynamic storage modulus can be further increased; and a tire in which rolling resistance is reduced, and abrasion resistance, anti-tear properties (tear resistance), and cut resistance are improved by using the rubber composition obtained by the manufacturing method in the tread. |
