titleOfInvention Ophthalmic surgery device, and attachment for use in ophthalmic surgery
abstract Provided are: an ophthalmic surgery device whereby it becomes possible to acquire a high-quality observation image and a high-quality optical coherence tomographic image of an eye to be operated without affecting the conventional constitutions; and others. The ophthalmic surgery device comprises an observation optical system, a lighting optical system, an interference optical system and an image formation unit. The observation optical system is an optical system for observing an eye to be operated through an objective lens. The lighting optical system is an optical system for lighting the eye to be operated through the objective lens. The interference optical system has a signal light path and a reference light path which are guided to the eye to be operated through a deflecting member arranged between the objective lens and the eye to be operated, and can detect interfered light on the basis of return light that returns from the eye to be operated through the signal light path and reference light that passes through the reference light path. The image formation unit can form an image of the eye to be operated on the basis of detection results obtained by the interference optical system.
