abstract |
There is provided an in vitro method for the production of a myeloid derived suppressor cell (MDSC) comprising the step of transducing the granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) gene with a lentiviral vector to an animal host cell. The method affords a highly efficient way of generating MDSCs, opening up more convenient ways to test and screen new therapies seeking to modulate this suppressor cell population. |
