abstract | The invention relates to a method for dosing erythrocyte fatty acids, comprising the following steps: supply of a volume of a sample of human blood containing erythrocyte fatty acids and constituent components of blood; production of a concentrated solution of the fatty acids; esterification in order to form a solution containing methyl esters derived from said erythrocyte fatty acids; extraction of the methyl esters from the solvent, said extraction step comprising an evaporation step; dosing by means of gas chromatography coupled with a flame ionization detector in order to obtain a measurement of the quantity of said methyl esters; comparison of said measured quantities with pre-determined values of quantities of methyl esters in order to dose said erythrocyte fatty acids. |
