abstract |
A method for producing a mold (100) comprises: a step for preparing a cylindrical aluminum base (12) that is formed of an Al-Mg-Si system aluminum alloy and has been subjected to mechanical mirror finishing; a step for providing the surface of the aluminum base (12) with pearskin finish by means of an aqueous solution that contains a salt of hydrogen fluoride and ammonium; a step for producing a mold base (10) by subsequently forming an inorganic material layer (16) on the surface of the aluminum base (12) and forming an aluminum film (18) on the inorganic material layer (16); and a step for forming an inverted moth-eye structure having a plurality of micro recesses (14p) by alternately repeating anodic oxidation and etching of the surface of the aluminum film (18) of the mold base (10). |
