abstract Provided is an adhesive sheet having, on a substrate or a release material, a resin layer that includes: a resin part (X) containing a resin as the main component; and a particle part (Y) comprising fine particles. At least the surface (α) of the resin layer that is on the opposite side to the side on which the substrate or release material is provided is adhesive. A plurality of recesses having a maximum height difference of at least 0.5μm is present in a prescribed region (P) of the surface (α), and at least 95% of the plurality of recesses present in said region (P) have shapes that are different to each other. When the surface (α) of the resin layer and the smooth surface of a translucent adherend are attached, the surface area ratio of the part of the surface (α) that is attached to the smooth surface of the translucent adherend is 10-95%. When the adhesive sheet is adhered to the adherend, the adhesive sheet has superior air-release properties whereby air pockets that are formed can be easily removed, and also has excellent anti-blister properties and adhesion characteristics.
