The present invention provides a compound that has a strong regulatory effect for an α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7 nAChR), and is useful as a therapeutic drug for diseases associated with cholinergicity of the central nervous system (CNS) and/or the peripheral nervous system (PNS), diseases associated with smooth muscle contraction, endocrine disease, diseases associated with neurodegeneration and the like.
