abstract Provided is a use of a compound in the preparation of anti-HIV-1 virus drugs. The compound has a function of degrading an A3G protein by ubiquitination, and can inhibit the activity of a Vif protein degrading A3G. An experiment on infection of a wild-type HIV-1 virus shows that the compound has good antiviral activity.
