abstract |
Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing a negative electrode active material for a secondary battery. An apparatus for manufacturing a negative electrode active material for a secondary battery, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an electromagnetic wave oscillator for oscillating electromagnetic waves in a specific frequency range; a discharge tube for generating plasma from the electromagnetic waves and a plasma generating gas; a first gas supply unit for supplying the plasma generating gas into the discharge tube; a silicon supply unit for supplying a silicon precursor to the plasma generated in the discharge tube; a reaction furnace for generating a negative electrode active material based on SiO x (0 < x < 2) by a chemical reaction between the silicon precursor and a reaction gas; and a second gas supply unit for supplying the reaction gas into the discharge tube or the reaction furnace. |
