abstract [Problem] To provide an insulin administration device, by which the amount of a liquid to be sent can be adjusted automatically upon the restart of the sending of the liquid after the temporal interruption of the sending of the liquid, and which is highly convenient.n[Solution] An insulin administration device (10) is equipped with a liquid sending unit for sending insulin into a living body, an adjustment unit for adjusting the amount of insulin to be sent, and a control unit for controlling the liquid sending operation of the liquid sending unit and the operation of the adjustment unit, wherein, when the liquid sending operation is temporarily interrupted and then restarted, the adjustment unit can automatically adjust the amount of insulin to be employed after the restart of the sending of insulin in such a manner that a predetermined amount of insulin, which is not sent during the interrupted period, can be sent after the restart of the sending of insulin.
