Provided is a light-emitting device allowing dimming and color control to be carried out simultaneously, and wherefrom a natural white light can be obtained. The light-emitting device emits a mixed white light between a first white light and a second white light and is equipped with: a first white light source for emitting the first white light, comprising N first white-light-emitting diodes (N being a natural number of 2 or greater); and a second white light source for emitting the second white light, electrically connected in parallel to the first white light source, comprising M second white-light-emitting diodes (M being a natural number of less than N) and a first resistive element having a first resistance value, electrically connected in series to the second white-light-emitting diodes. The drive voltage for the first white light source is higher than the drive voltage for the second white light source. The color temperature of the mixed white light increases in proportion to the total luminous flux of the mixed white light. |
