The invention relates to an endocavitary mechanical distractor device comprising a set of rigid and pivoting rods (6), a front head (1), an inlet port (3), transmission means (2), and actuating means (10). The particular configuration of the rods (6) is such that, once they have been rotated, a working space is created that can be accessed via the inlet port (3). The invention provides a device for providing assistance in surgical procedures, for medical exploration or for dosing medicines, that is particularly suitable for transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEM) or urogynaecological treatments. The device can be employed in fields involved in the design, production and use of devices for surgery, medical exploration or dosing medicine, such as the technical field of human or animal medicine, that of machinery and mechanical equipment, or that of chemistry and pharmacy. |
