Curable resin composition |
abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a curable resin composition having excellent adhesion properties. The curable resin composition according to the present invention is one comprising a linear organopolysiloxane (A) which has at least two hydrogen atoms each having a silicon atom bound thereto and at least one aryl group per molecule and has an average polymerization degree of more than 10, a branched organopolysiloxane (B) which has at least three alkenyl groups and at least one aryl group per molecule, and a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst (C), wherein the ratio of the amount of a diphenylsiloxane unit to the total amount of siloxane units comprising a siloxane unit in the linear organopolysiloxane (A) and a siloxane unit in the branched organopolysiloxane (B) is 10 mol% or more. |
