abstract The group of inventions relates to the field of biological chemistry and can be used in producing protein preparations from an organic material, which preparations may be used in medicine for reducing immunity in transplantation, for treating endometriosis and certain oncological diseases, and in veterinary science. A method for producing a follicular protein preparation involves collecting follicular fluid from cattle, cooling and then centrifuging same, producing a supernatant which is mixed with cooled acetone, allowing the resulting mixture to sit and then freeze-drying same and purifying same by means of repeated centrifugation, producing a freeze-dried product which is dissolved in a buffer; centrifuging the resulting suspended matter at 8000-10000 revolutions per minute for 15-30 minutes in order to produce a supernatant, which is separated by means of ion exchange chromatography into DEAE-Sepharose, collecting eluate resulting from an NaCl concentration in an eluting solution of 0.11M to 0.19M, which is dialyzed against water for no fewer than 8 hours, producing the preparation. A follicular protein preparation is obtained from the follicular fluid of cattle. The preparation contains serum albumin and a TGF-β family protein, having an immunospecificity of inhibin βA with the following ratio of components, by mass %: a TGF-β family protein, having an immunospecificity of inhibin βA: 0.00005-3.0; serum albumin: the remainder.
