abstract |
A selenylated tea polyphenol with a high content of selenium, which contains an alkali metal ion selenium complex. A method for preparing the selenylated tea polyphenol with a high content of selenium, comprising: A. reacting a tea polyphenol with at least one metal inorganic alkali, so as to obtain a tea polyphenol hydroxyacid salt; and B. reacting the obtained tea polyphenol hydroxy acid salt with SeO 2 , so as to obtain the selenylated tea polyphenol with a high content of selenium. |
