[Problem] To provide a novel compound having an S1P 1 receptor-antagonizing effect. [Solution] Provided are a compound represented by general formula (I): (in the formula, R 1 , R 2 , and R 3 are each a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, C 1-6 alkyl group, halo C 1-6 alkyl group, or the like; R 4 is a C 1-6 alkyl group or the like; R 5 is a C 1-6 alkyl group or the like; R 6 is a C 1-6 alkyl group or the like; R 7 is a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, C 1-6 alkyl group, or the like; R 8 is a halogen atom, C 1-6 alkyl group, halo C 1-6 alkyl group, C 1-6 alkoxy group, or the like; and R 9 is a hydrogen atom or C 1-6 alkyl group.) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, a pharmaceutical composition containing same, and the use thereof.
