The method comprises: converting an analog filter generating a phase noise in an analog domain into a digital filter and determining a parameter of the digital filter; cascading a predetermined number of the digital filters into a digital filter system and utilizing a Gaussian white noise to drive the digital filter system; acquiring an output signal of the digital filter system on the basis of the parameter of the digital filter; and, acquiring a phase noise of a discrete time-domain on the basis of the output signal.
