abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide a resin composition which does not undergo the decomposition of a polycarbonate resin during molding and has all of excellent toughness, impact strength and low burr properties inherent in the polycarbonate resin while keeping excellent properties inherent in a polyarylene sulfide resin.nThe present invention is a resin composition comprising (A) a polyarylene sulfide resin having a dispersion degree (Mw/Mn), which is expressed by a weight average molecular weight (Mw) and a number average molecular weight (Mn), of 2.7 or more (a component (A)) in an amount of 99 to 1 part by weight and (B) a polycarbonate resin (a component (B)) in an amount of 1 to 99 parts by weight, wherein the total chlorine content is 550 ppm or less and the total sodium content is 30 ppm or less.
