Cerebral circulatory disorder detection marker, cerebral circulatory disorder detection method using same, and cerebral circulatory disorder inhibitor |
abstract |
Provided are: a method for chemical detection of a cerebral circulatory disorder at an early stage in a subject; and furthermore, a simple inhibitor which is capable of taking effect early against cerebral circulatory disorders such as neonatal HIE and which does not require therapeutic hypothermia. Cerebral circulatory disorders are detected by using: gene products of genes comprising the base sequences shown in SEQ ID NO:1-12 or of mutant genes thereof; or cerebral circulatory disorder detection markers that comprise one portion thereof. |
