abstract Provided is an artificial blood vessel comprising a cylindrical 3D woven textile structure with minimal blood leakage and which combines antithrombotic properties and cellular affinity. This artificial blood cell is a cylindrical textile structure having positioned therein a cylindrical textile, the inner surface of which comes into contact with blood, the cylindrical textile being a textile obtained by interweaving a plurality of warp yarns and a plurality of weft yarns, the warp yarns and weft yarns that constitute the cylindrical textile containing a multi-filament yarn having a single filament fineness not exceeding 0.50dtex, bonded with an antithrombotic material, the antithrombotic material forming an antithrombotic material layer having a thickness of 1-600nm on the inside of the cylindrical textile, and the water permeability when the inner surface is subjected to a pressure of 16kPa being less than 300mL/cm 2 /min.
