Described are bromodomain protein-inhibiting, especially BET protein-inhibiting, and preferably BRD4-inhibiting 9-substituted 2,3-benzodiazepines of general formula (I), in which R 1a , R 1b , R 1c , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , and R 6 have the meanings specified in the description, pharmaceuticals containing the compounds of the invention, and the prophylactic and therapeutic use thereof for hyperproliferative diseases, in particular tumor diseases. Also described is the use of BET protein inhibitors in benign hyperplasias, atherosclerotic diseases, sepsis, autoimmune diseases, vascular diseases, viral infections, neurodegenerative diseases, inflammatory diseases, atherosclerotic diseases, and male fertility control. |
