titleOfInvention Organic transistor, compound, organic semiconductor material for non-luminescent organic semiconductor device, material for organic transistor, coating solution for non-luminescent organic semiconductor device, and organic semiconductor film for non-luminescent organic semiconductor device
abstract In order to address the problem of providing an organic transistor that uses a compound exhibiting high solubility in an organic solvent and a carrier mobility that increases when the compound is used in a semiconductor active layer of an organic transistor, the present invention relates to an organic transistor in which a compound expressed in the formula of the present invention is contained in a semiconductor active layer, the compound, an organic semiconductor material for a non-luminescent organic semiconductor device, a material for an organic transistor, a coating solution for a non-luminescent organic semiconductor device, and an organic semiconductor film for a non-luminescent organic semiconductor device (X represents O, S, or Se; p and q represent integers of 0-2; R 1 -R 10 , R a , and R b represent hydrogen, halogen, or -L-R; one of R 1 -R 10 , R a , and R b represents -L-R; when at least one of R 5 and R 6 represents -L-R, L is an ethenyl group or an ethynyl group; L represents a specific bivalent linking group; and R represents an alkyl group, a cyano group, a vinyl group, an ethynyl group, an oxyethylene group, an oligooxyethylene group having two or more repetitions (v) of oxyethylene units, a siloxane group, a oligosiloxane group having two of more silicon atoms, or a trialkylsilyl group).
