Due to having excellent activity in improving pruritus, the benzoxazole derivative compound of the present invention may be useful as a prophylactic agent, a therapeutic agent, or a therapeutic adjuvant for pruritus in various skin diseases, including atopic dermatitis, histamine-dependent pruritus, and histamine-independent pruritus.
