abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a temperature-responsive cell culture equipment, said temperature-responsive cell culture base material havingnsuch an excellent property that (1) an object (e.g., a cell) adhered onto the surface of the base material can be detached more easily and/or such an excellent property that (2) a sheet (e.g., a cell sheet) attached onto the surface of the base material can be removed with less damage to the sheet and/or such an excellent property that (3) the LCST of the base material is lower than those of the conventional ones and therefore the base material has excellent handling properties; and (4) a method for evaluating a temperature-responsive base material with respect to the property as mentioned above.nA temperature-responsive base material having, on the surface thereof, a layer containing one or more polymers, said base material being characterized in that at least one polymer of the above-mentioned polymers has responsiveness to temperatures and at least one polymer of the above-mentioned polymers contains a constituent unit derived from a fluorinated monomer. |
