abstract |
The present invention relates to the correction of the TlO-parameter, which is used in DCE-MRI-based pharmacokinetic analysis, for subject motion occurring between the acquisition of images with different flip angles or repetition times from which T10 is derived. Groupwise registration of these images is based on a new similarity metric that quantifies the T10 regression error. |
