abstract | Disclosed are a determination method and device for allocating priority for channel power, which relate to the technical field of communications, for solving the priority problem of a plurality of transmission channels when a user equipment sends uplink control information over at least one channel. The method comprises: judging whether a resource occupied by first UCI borne by a first PUSCH is greater than, or greater than or equal to, a first threshold, and whether a resource occupied by second UCI borne by a second PUSCH is less than, or less than or equal to, a second threshold; and if the resource occupied by the first UCI borne by the first PUSCH is greater than, or greater than or equal to, the first threshold, and the resource occupied by the second UCI borne by the second PUSCH is less than, or less than or equal to, the second threshold, determining that the priority of the first PUSCH is higher than the priority of the second PUSCH, wherein the first threshold and the second threshold are both greater than zero, and the transmission time of the first PUSCH and the transmission time of the second PUSCH are at least partially overlapped. |
