The present invention relates to a method for screening a cancer prevention agent or an anticancer agent, the method comprising the steps of: (a) isolating mutant luterial or normal luterial from body fluids previously eliminated from a patient or a normal person; (b) treating the isolated mutant luterial with candidates for an anticancer agent or cancer prevention agent; and (c) selecting, as an anticancer agent, a candidate which reduces the size of the mutant luterial, changes the shape of the mutant luterial, or increases mobility of the mutant luterial compared with a control group before the treatment with the candidates, or selecting, as a cancer prevention agent, a candidate which suppresses the size increase of luterial, minimizes the morphological change of luterial, or maintains mobility of luterial compared with a control group before the treatment with the candidates. |
