abstract |
The present invention pertains to providing: a pharmaceutical composition for cancer therapy, in which a chemical therapeutic agent is conjugated to a novel monoclonal antibody that binds to SLC6A6 or the extracellular domain thereof; and a therapeutic method involving concomitant use of a chemical therapeutic agent and a monoclonal antibody or a therapeutic agent in which the chemical therapeutic agent is conjugated to the monoclonal antibody. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing an antibody conjugate in which a monoclonal antibody that has higher affinity than in the past and recognizes native SLC6A6 or polypeptides of the extracellular domain of SLC6A6 is conjugated to an anticancer agent or the like that has activity against hyperproliferative disorders such as cancer. |
