The present invention relates to: a pincer for binding a target material, wherein an antibody or a fragment thereof binding to a first target site of the target material and an aptamer binding to a second target site of the target material are connected via a linker; a preparation method therefor; a composition comprising the same for detecting or separating the target material; a kit comprising the composition for detecting or separating the target material; and a method using the same for detecting or separating the target material. In addition, the present invention relates to a drug carrier comprising the pincer for binding the target material, wherein the aptamer binding to the second target site of the pincer is loaded with a drug. The antibody-aptamer pincer of the present invention, comprising the antibody and the aptamer, which target different binding sites of the same material, exhibits binding force increased dozens to hundreds of times for a target molecule compared to when using either of the antibody or the aptamer alone, and thus can be used in the detection and/or separation of a trace target material. In addition, the drug carrier prepared by a combination of the aptamer and the antibody of the present invention has increased affinity for the target molecule, and thus can be used as a drug carrier against malignant tumors. |
