titleOfInvention | Oled panel, manufacturing method therefor, and detection method for sealing effectiveness |
abstract | An OLED panel, a manufacturing method therefor, and a detection method for sealing effectiveness. The OLED panel utilizes a hygroscopic-expansion macromolecular material doped with metal compound salt for manufacturing a moisture-sensitive color-changing film (40). The hygroscopic-expansion macromolecular material provides improved hygroscopicity; therefore, the moisture-sensitive color-changing film (40) can be used as a desiccant in a sealed space (24) of the OLED panel so as to extend the service life of the OLED panel. At the same time, when reacted with water vapor, some metal compounds in the metal compound salt become hydrates and change colors; therefore, sealing effectiveness can be determined on the basis of a change in color of the moisture-sensitive color-changing film (40) after absorbing moisture. This allows not only for determination of whether or not sealing is ineffective simply via visual inspection with eyes, but also for accurate detection of water vapor content in the sealed space (24) of the OLED panel via an infrared spectrometer to determine accurately the sealing effectiveness. The OLED panel for use in the detection method has a simple manufacturing process and is easy to implement. |
