The invention relates to a tire (10) which includes at least one set (45) of at least two layers of at least one knitted fabric (44 1 , 44 2 ), the two layers being at least partially vertically adjacent. The knitted fabric (44 1 , 44 2 ) includes: columns of loops arranged, one after the other, substantially in a so-called "main" general direction (X1); and rows of loops arranged, one beside the other, substantially in a so-called "transverse" general direction (Z1). The knitted fabric (44 1 , 44 2 ) has a force no higher than 40 N × rows -1 and/or 40 N × columns -1 when 100% elongated. The force when 100% elongated is predetermined on the basis of a force/elongation curve obtained by applying ISO standard 13934-1:2013 to the or each knitted fabric (44 1 , 44 2 ) embedded in the standard elastomer matrix, and the number of rows and/or columns is measured according to NF EN standard 14791. |
