abstract | A friction welding structure component comprises a first work piece (10B), a second work piece (10C) and a friction welding connection (10A). The lower part of the friction welding connection (10A) is provided with a first friction welding interface (10H) contacting with the surface of the first work piece (10B) and a second friction welding interface (11H) contacting with the surface of the second work piece (10C). The friction welding connecting part (10A) presses the corresponding first work piece (10B) and the corresponding second work piece (10C) in relative fixed position and moves under pressure, and the temperature of the first friction welding interface (10H) and the second friction welding interface (11H) rises. The friction welding connecting part (10A) stops moving under pressure, and the temperature of the first friction welding interface (10H) and the second friction welding interface (11H) lowers to cool. The first work piece (10B) connects with the second work piece (10C) via the friction welding connection (10A) to form the friction welding structure. Involved are a clamping device and a welding device for the friction structure component, and a cylinder head of a water-cooled internal-combustion engine with the friction structure component. Also involved are an electric induction heating welding structure component, a cylinder head of a water-cooled internal-combustion engine formed with the electric induction heating welding structure component, a water-cooled internal-combustion engine, and a mechanical device provided with the water-cooled internal-combustion engine. |
