abstract An elasticity data dynamically processing method applied to elasticity imaging, an elasticity imaging device and an ultrasonic imaging device. The method comprises: comprehensively processing at least three frames of target tissue image data; obtaining a plurality of reference frames according to the plurality of frames of image data; determining an uncompressed image and a compressed image using a predetermined screening method; computing a strain value for generating an elasticity image based on the data of the determined uncompressed image and compressed image. Through dynamically and comprehensively processing a plurality of frames of target tissue image data, the method enables the obtained relative strain of a target tissue region to be as close to the ideal value as possible, thus improving the quality of the elasticity data, increasing the yield of high quality images, while reducing the impact resulting from a user action.
