The invention relates to a method for enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic materials, in which the reaction medium produced on site comprises a mixture of non-genetically modified Trichoderma reesei fungus (non-GMM) and the enzymes that it secretes, supplemented with purified enzymes secreted by at least one genetically modified microorganism (GMM), wherein said enzymes have been separated from said GMM, and the proportion of said enzymes secreted by the GMM and separated from said microorganism is from 1% to 20% relative to the total amount of enzymes. |
