abstract |
The present invention relates to an in vitro method for classifying a patient suffering from cancer comprising the steps consisting of i) determining the expression level of PLCγl in a sample from said patient, ii) comparing said expression level with a predetermined reference value and iii) providing the stage of the patient according to the expression level of PLCγl. The invention also relates to an agonist of CD47 receptor for use in the treatment of patient suffering of a cancer with a high expression level of PLCγ. |
