abstract | The present invention relates to cosmetic compositions comprising: (a) at least one ceramide in a total amount of 0.0001% to 3.0% by weight, based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, (b) at least one N-alkylpolyhydroxyalkylcarboxamide of the formula (I) in which R is a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl radical having 6 to 16 carbon atoms, R 2 is an alkyl radical or a hydroxyalkyl radical having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R 3 is a linear or branched polyhydroxyalkyl radical having 3 to 12 carbon atoms and 3 to 10 hydroxyl groups, in a total amount of 0.01% to 15% by weight, based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition, and (c) at least one surfactant selected from the group of the (i) anionic surfactants; (ii) nonionic surfactants; (iii) cationic surfactants; (iv) amphoteric surfactants; and mixtures thereof, which have excellent cleaning action and lead to improved combability and disentangleability, and to improved feel and shine. |
